Quick answer
Walk-in cooler repair fixes boxes that will not hold temperature, coils that ice over, failed fans, compressors and door seals. In Miami heat, condensing units on roofs and behind kitchens work hard, so most failures come from dirty coils, low refrigerant or worn components. We diagnose, repair and recheck temperature before leaving.

A walk-in cooler has the same basic parts as an air conditioner: an evaporator inside the box, a condensing unit outside, refrigerant lines and controls. It also has a box to keep sealed, with doors, gaskets, heater strips and drain lines that all affect performance.
Miami's heat and humidity push these systems hard. Condensing units on roofs or in back alleys see high ambient temperatures and grease from kitchen exhaust, and every door opening lets warm, wet air into the box.
Most calls come in during a rush or overnight when the temperature alarm goes off. We answer at any hour and focus on getting the box back to temperature before inventory is at risk.
