Scheduling and arrival windows
We give arrival windows in good faith and contact you if a window changes. Weather, traffic and emergency calls can affect timing.
Call handling when we are unavailable
Our technicians perform the work described on this website. On the rare occasion that we cannot take a call or reach a job in time, we may pass the call to another trusted local company so your home is not left waiting. That company is responsible for any work it performs and prices it separately.
Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to its terms, and we register eligible equipment on your behalf. Workmanship terms are provided in writing with your invoice.
Payments
Payment is due when work is completed unless other terms are agreed in writing.
